Hamilton Heavy Duty Ground Support Casters
Hamilton's 7500 Series is the ultimate marriage of a truly heavy duty semi-pneumatic tire with Hamilton's premium forged steel swivel caster technology. Access Casters proudly offers this new series of heavy duty casters that are ideally suited for a wide range of ground support applications. Available in four sizes of large casters, from 14" x 4" to 21" x 6", and all wheels are equipped with 1-1/4" tapered roller bearings making them well suited for ground support towing applications. Swivel caster and rigid caster options are available.
The tires on these large casters are comprised of three tread sections: a firm, stable base compound for strong rim adhesion; a very resilient middle section to dampen the shock of uneven rolling surfaces; and a tough low rolling resistance tread to reduce energy consumption. This results in heavy duty casters that offer a soft ride that compares with full pneumatic tires, but with much higher capacities.

Powder Coated - Caster rigs are powder coated with Hamilton’s new Crimson Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments.

3/4" on 10" and 12" models, 1" axle on 16" and 18" models; 21" models have 1-1/4" axle.
Lubrication Fittings
