Heavy duty economical kingpinless casters
Capacities up to 6,000 pounds depending on wheel choice.
Casters have 3" wide wheels
4-1/2" x 6-1/4" top plate
2-7/16" x 4-15/16" slotted to 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" bolt hole patterns
Zinc plated

These kingpinless casters are designed for unsurpassed durability and for use
in abusive and demanding shock load applications that may cause traditional
kingpin casters to fail. This series of caster are made out of ASTM 1045 steel.
Drop forged 5/16" thick top plate integrates with a forged 3" diameter precisely
machined raceway with a single row of hardened 1/2" ball bearings. The
legs are formed from 3/8" steel, double welded to the outer raceway for maximum
strength. The unique offset raceway design, heat treatment and tampering
process allows the caster to carry the maximum weight of the bearings used,
without horizontal wear, kingpin failure or fracturing of the welds.
