    Your search for plate casters ends at Access Casters. Our inventory features a wide selection of light duty casters with load capacities of up to 350 pounds with 3", 4", and 5" diameter wheels. Furthermore, we have industrial wheels available in your choice of materials, including polyurethane, soft rubber, and thermoplastic elastomer.

    When you need medium-duty casters, we have you covered. These casters have a load capacity of up to 1,200 pounds with 4", 5", 6", and 8" diameter wheels. Available wheel materials include polyurethane, polyurethane on cast iron, phenolic, polyolefin and TPR. Additionally, all our plate casters are available in rigid, swivels, and swivel with brakes.

    When only heavy duty wheels and casters will do the job; our inventory has items with capacities of up to 3,000 pounds. These special casters are made from drop-forged steel, which is more durable than even cast iron. Large top plate provide strength and stability while the finish is zinc plated and corrosion-resistant. Thanks to their double-welded legs, these casters resist bending, and their double deep-grooved load and component thrust swivel raceways give you full swiveling under the maximum load without the loss of function.

    Many of our heavy duty casters use a face contact brake, which is considered one of the best in the industry. These brakes are actually welded onto the frame of the casters. This provides you with the security and comfort you need to know your wheels aren't going to move until you’re ready to move.
