How can I make a return? If you ordered the wrong product, please call us immediately at (773) 881-4186 for a RGA (Return Goods Authorization). All returns must be freight pre-paid and returns will not be accepted unless the RGA has been arranged in advance.
Special ordered product may not be returnable or cancelled.
A 20-35% restocking fee applies to all returned goods unless we shipped the order incorrectly
Do you have warranties on your products? Yes. We are a distributor so all product purchased from us comes with the manufacturers limited warranty. Modification or misuse (including overloading) of product voids the warranty and absolves the seller of liability. Access is limited to repair or replacement under manufactures warranty of any product determined to be defective under normal usage. Casters are to be used for manual operation.
What kind of brands are offered? We showcase multiple brands, more information about the brands we work with can be found here.
How long will it take my product to ship? Most products are shipped 3-5 business days from the day the order is first placed. Unfortunately sometimes a product may take longer, and in that case we will let you know when the products scheduled ship date will be.
Where can I find a tracking number? Your tracking number will be located on your invoice sent to your email.
What service is used for shipping? Because we want to ship products the best possible way, we use many different services to ensure cost efficiency, and reliability for our customers.
Can I use my own collect account for shipping? Yes
Do you ship internationally? Yes but conditions apply.
Is shipping cost included in prices? No. Prices for shipping will be added on.
What if the product gets lost or damaged in transit? Notify us within 10 days of receiving the product, we will do our best to help. However, by law, title for goods sold transfers to you the Customer when we give the product to the transportation company. *All claims for damage or loss should immediately be taken up with the transportation company. *
