The new UltraGlide® 24/7 | AGV represents Hamilton’s latest modular wheel design to reduce the amount of energy needed to move loads in manual or powered applications. The UltraGlide® series features independent swivel surfaces that eliminate scrubbing, making it much easier to turn. The wheel assembly also includes split outer raceways to minimize friction, providing low startup and maintenance forces. Hamilton engineers designed this wheel to run much cooler than most other polyurethanes for 24/7 applications.
The AGV formulation is also essentially impervious to moisture and our top poly performer in moist or outdoor applications. Each wheel's thick tread also reduces heat stress on the bond line. Also exclusive to this AGV wheel series, Hamilton engineers installed high-performance precision ball bearings (tested to electrical specs) to meet the demand placed on wheel bearings inherent with continuous duty applications.
